On the 1st of June the Jonathan Lee Recruitment Group celebrated its 37th year of operation. The anniversary provided an excellent opportunity to not only celebrate another year in operation, but also to reflect on the Companys history, to look ahead to the future and lastly to thank all those that have helped to get us to where we are today.
Chairman Jonathan Lee commented:
I am proud of what we have achieved in establishing a team of 100 involved in permanent and contract recruitment within the engineering and manufacturing sectors, our executive search, interim management and talent management capability and our recently opened design office.
Starting from humble beginnings in 1978, we now have a global capability and a very strong brand but above all it is the quality of our people and our unique culture, coupled with many great client and supplier contacts, which still gets me excited about coming to work.
Had it not been for the great work of our team over the years and their efforts in delivering consistently high quality of service and delivery, we would not have built up such an enviable brand. Our belief in our ethos of Solutions Through Understanding is the foundation on which the business has thrived, and I take pride in our continuing ability to form genuine and lasting partnerships with our clients.
The Company is going from strength to strength! Our ambitious business plans have enabled us to outperform sector peers and maintain our premier position in the market. We believe our values, adoption of industry leading resourcing techniques and ambition to continually improve delivery will only continue to steer the business forward.
